Get the most from the summit using AI tools

This site is designed to help you get the most from the CIRAS AI Summit by pairing conference data with your preferred AI assistant.

Choose Your AI Tool

This site works with any AI assistant. Popular options include:

Get Conference Data into Your AI

There are three ways to use conference data with AI:

Option A: The Mega-Prompt (Easiest)

Go to the AI Toolkit page and download the "Complete Conference Context" markdown file. Paste the entire file into a new AI chat. Then ask anything — "recommend sessions for a manufacturing VP," "who should I network with," "create a schedule for me."

Option B: Per-Session Context

Visit any session or speaker page and click the "Use with AI" card. It copies a rich context block with the session description, speaker bio, related sessions, and suggested prompts. Paste it into your AI chat for focused help on that specific session.

Option C: Pre-Built Prompts

The AI Toolkit has 20 ready-to-use prompts across five categories: Schedule Planning, Networking, Note-Taking, Follow-Up, and Action Items. Click "Copy Prompt," paste into your AI, and fill in the bracketed placeholders with your info.

Use AI Throughout the Day

  • Before the summit: Plan your schedule, research speakers, prepare questions
  • During sessions: Use note-taking templates, generate follow-up questions in real time
  • At lunch/networking: Pull up conversation starters for specific people
  • After the summit: Consolidate notes, create action plans, draft follow-up emails

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this free?

Yes. The website and all data downloads are free for registered attendees. You'll need your own AI tool account (most have free tiers).

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. If you can copy and paste, you can use these tools. The prompts are pre-written — just paste and go.

Is my data private?

The conference data (session titles, speaker bios, schedule) is public information. Any personal notes or context you add to your AI conversations are between you and your AI provider.

Which AI tool should I use?

Any of them work. ChatGPT and Claude are the most popular for conversational tasks like these. If your company provides Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini, those work great too.

When will session transcripts be available?

Full session transcripts will be published on this site within one week after the summit on May 6, 2026.
